Product Delivery Coordinator - Employee Benefits Technology Programme
We are looking for a Product Delivery Coordinator to support the successful delivery of our Employee Benefits Technology Programme. This is a key coordination role, working closely with our EB Product Leads, internal stakeholders, and technology vendor to help keep delivery on track. The role will focus on:
- Ensuring activities are well organised
- Ensuring governance processes are followed
- Capturing decisions and actions clearly
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication across the programme
While the immediate focus is on delivery coordination, there is a clear opportunity for the role to develop into a Product Manager position.
Responsibilities
- Support EB Product Leads with the day-to-day delivery of the EB Technology Programme
- Coordinate activity between:
- Product Leads
- Internal teams
- The external technology vendor
- Track progress against:
- Delivery plans
- Milestones
- Actions
- Risks and dependencies
- Ensure programme governance processes are followed, including:
- Preparation for key meetings
- Reporting
- Capture and follow up on:
- Actions
- Decisions
- Risks and issues from programme meetings
- Maintain clear programme documentation
- Support communication between:
- Stakeholders
- Product teams
- Technology teams
- Help manage priorities and support decision-making
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies, such as:
- Planning meetings
- Stand-ups
- Reviews
- Retrospectives
- Support testing, feedback, and release readiness activity
- Maintain and support delivery tooling, including:
- Jira
- Azure DevOps
- Confluence
- Identify improvements to delivery processes and ways of working
Requirements
Experience supporting:
- Projects
- Programmes
- Product teams
- Technology delivery (preferably within Employee Benefits industry or with a tech startup environment)

Knowledge and experience with:
- Jira
- Azure DevOps
- Confluence
- Tool integrations
Experience with:
- Enterprise Agile frameworks (ideally SAFe)
- Prioritisation frameworks such as WSJF
- Supporting:
- PI planning
- Big Room planning
- Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Strong:
- Stakeholder management skills
- Organisational and coordination skills
- Written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow up aggressively
Capabilities:
- Managing competing priorities
- An innovative mindset with an interest in:
- Product management
- User-centred design
- Experience working with external suppliers (beneficial)

- Programme activity is well coordinated and visible

- Risks, issues, and dependencies are effectively tracked and followed up
