Job Title: Product Delivery Lead - Data & Analytics
Location: Peterborough (Hybrid)
Are you an experienced Product Delivery Lead with a passion for delivering innovative data and analytics solutions that create real business value? Do you thrive in fast-paced, Agile environments, bringing together cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that support business transformation?
Our Data & Analytics Services team is looking for a Product Delivery Lead to drive the successful end-to-end delivery of our data and analytics products. Working closely with the Product Manager and technical specialists, you'll lead delivery across data engineering, business intelligence, AI, data science and architecture teams, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business priorities while continuously improving the way we deliver value.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of data and analytics products, translating product priorities into clear delivery plans that maximise business value.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across data engineering, business intelligence, AI, data science and architecture to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Manage delivery plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to ensure delivery aligns with product strategy, customer priorities and business objectives.
- Champion Agile delivery practices, driving continuous improvement, consistency and increased delivery maturity across the Data & Analytics function.
- Ensure solutions meet agreed standards for data quality, security, privacy, governance and enterprise architecture.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, suppliers and delivery partners, providing clear communication, progress updates and delivery reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, documentation and ways of working to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes.

What You'll Bring
- Proven experience leading the successful delivery of data and analytics products within complex, cross-functional environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and product-led delivery approaches.
- Experience working with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, alongside tools such as Power BI, ServiceNow, Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
- Good understanding of data platforms, analytics, reporting solutions and enterprise data architectures.
- Demonstrated experience managing delivery risks, budgets, dependencies and competing priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders.
- Experience working collaboratively with third-party suppliers and external delivery partners.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to take ownership, influence others and drive continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Location
Hybrid, a mix of office and homeworking. This role will be based at our Peterborough offices on the Lynchwood Business Park. The office has recently been renovated and along with a modern work environment has great public transport links, free onsite parking, free drink facilities, free lunch option each day and a great team culture.
