Product Delivery Lead – Digital Products & Experiences

We are partnering with an award-winning digital consultancy to recruit a talented Product Delivery Lead to join their growing product team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced delivery professional who thrives in fast-paced digital environments and enjoys leading the successful delivery of complex web, app, and digital product programmes.

The role is focused on product delivery rather than traditional client services, requiring someone who can bring structure to complexity, lead multidisciplinary teams, and build trusted client relationships whilst ensuring exceptional delivery outcomes.

The Opportunity

As Product Delivery Lead, you will:

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital programmes, managing portfolios worth up to £3-5m.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders, product specialists, designers, and engineering teams to deliver world-class digital experiences across a varied client portfolio.
  • Play a key role in evolving delivery practices, including the adoption of emerging AI tools and modern product methodologies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
