Product Delivery Lead - London / remote - Online retail / Ecom
Synchro are partnered with a well known and established online ecommerce business who are looking for a Delivery Lead to join their technology team during an exciting period of platform transformation and growth.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in hands-on and fast-paced, collaborative environment and will involve managing the delivery of technology projects across engineering and business teams. You’ll play a key role in helping shape delivery processes, improving ways of working and supporting the rollout of new platform capabilities as the business continues to scale.

Required experience;
- Solid experience working within an ecommerce or D2C environment
- A strong background delivering technology change, digital transformation or platform migration projects
- Experience working closely with software engineering teams in Agile environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Someone who enjoys working within scaleup or fast-moving environments and is comfortable with change

Role Summary
- Role: Product Delivery Lead
- Location: London - 2 days per week in the office, 3 days remote
- Salary: £90,000 - £95,000 plus excellent benefits
