Product Delivery Manager
Glasgow / Hybrid
£75,000 - £85,000 + Benefits
We're working with a growing and highly successful SaaS software company that is looking to appoint a Product Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of a market-leading enterprise platform.
This is a leadership-focused role where you'll be responsible for managing a team of 8 Engineers and 1 Tester, ensuring product initiatives are delivered effectively while driving continuous improvement across delivery processes, planning and team performance.
Working closely with Product, Engineering and Leadership teams, you'll play a key role in turning business priorities into successful product outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading, mentoring and developing a team of software professionals.
- Managing delivery of product roadmap initiatives and releases.
- Owning and managing product backlogs, iterations and delivery plans within Azure DevOps.
- Overseeing sprint planning, prioritisation and resource allocation.
- Working with stakeholders to ensure delivery remains aligned to business goals.
- Identifying and removing delivery blockers.
- Driving Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Providing visibility of progress, risks and dependencies.
- Supporting the delivery of solutions and projects built on the Microsoft Azure platform.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading software delivery teams within a SaaS or software product environment.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Experience managing product backlogs, iterations and delivery plans using Azure DevOps.
- Experience delivering projects and solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- A track record of improving delivery performance and team effectiveness.

Desirable Experience
- Microsoft 365 ecosystem experience.
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Teams and Power BI.
- Experience delivering enterprise B2B software products.
- Exposure to Azure-based SaaS platforms and cloud-native development environments.
