Product Delivery Manager

Department: Product & Technology Employment Type: Full Time Location: London Reporting To: Karen Veltri

Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives across Product and Technology. This role is responsible for driving initiatives from planning and coordination through to delivery and release, ensuring that teams are aligned, risks are managed, and outcomes are delivered predictably.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and business stakeholders to translate priorities into structured plans, maintain delivery momentum across multiple workstreams, and provide clear visibility of progress, dependencies, and risks. The role requires strong organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, alongside a solid understanding of software and technical delivery environments.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable operating across both strategic planning and day-to-day delivery management, with a continuous improvement mindset and confidence working across Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives and projects across Product and Technology, ensuring scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks are actively managed throughout the lifecycle.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Technical Leads, and other stakeholders to translate business and product goals into clear delivery plans, milestones, backlog priorities, and success measures.
  • Coordinate day-to-day delivery across multiple teams and workstreams, balancing capacity and demand, maintaining momentum, and resolving blockers for predictable outcomes.
  • Assist with project tracking and reporting, keeping plans, risks, actions, and dependencies up to date, and helping stakeholders stay informed on progress.
  • Facilitate core delivery ceremonies and governance forums, including:
    • Stand-ups
    • Planning sessions
    • Reviews
    • Retrospectives
    • Checkpoints
  • Ensure actions are captured and followed through.
  • Manage cross-team and third-party dependencies, aligning schedules, release activities, and handovers to reduce delivery risk and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Track delivery progress using appropriate tools and dashboards, maintaining accurate reporting across timelines, risks, resource considerations, and delivery performance.
  • Identify and escalate issues early, agreeing on mitigating actions, owners, and dates, while working with stakeholders to maintain progress and minimise disruption.
  • Promote strong delivery practices and continuous improvement, using:
    • Retrospectives
    • Feedback
    • Performance insights to improve ways of working, collaboration, and throughput over time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
