Product Delivery Manager - PCS

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead project execution with a strong focus on project management within subsea oil & gas projects, particularly Production Control Systems (PCS). This role ensures seamless integration of project scopes with highly technical subsea control system delivery.

As a Product Delivery Manager - PCS, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of subsea projects with accountability for project performance, cost, schedule, and quality
  • Developing and implementing project strategies aligned with production control system project requirements
  • Managing delivery of Production Control Systems (PCS), ensuring integration of hardware, software, and communication systems
  • Overseeing project planning, execution, and performance management
  • Ensuring alignment between project scopes and overall system delivery plans
  • Driving governance through KPIs and performance reviews
  • Managing contract administration, including variations and claims
  • Collaborating with engineering teams for technical compliance
  • Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and offshore regulations
  • Identifying and mitigating risks related to system integration and projects

Fuel Your Passion

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • Looking for candidates with end-to-end Project Management experience in Subsea/ Oil and Gas/ Manufacturing sector
  • Experience with Production Control Systems (PCS)
  • Knowledge of subsea system integration
  • Understanding of offshore HSE standards
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Experience with subsea control system suppliers
  • Knowledge of communication protocols and control architectures
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification
  • Experience in global organizations
