We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead project execution with a strong focus on project management within subsea oil & gas projects, particularly Production Control Systems (PCS). This role ensures seamless integration of project scopes with highly technical subsea control system delivery.
As a Product Delivery Manager - PCS, you will be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of subsea projects with accountability for project performance, cost, schedule, and quality
- Developing and implementing project strategies aligned with production control system project requirements
- Managing delivery of Production Control Systems (PCS), ensuring integration of hardware, software, and communication systems
- Overseeing project planning, execution, and performance management
- Ensuring alignment between project scopes and overall system delivery plans
- Driving governance through KPIs and performance reviews
- Managing contract administration, including variations and claims
- Collaborating with engineering teams for technical compliance
- Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and offshore regulations
- Identifying and mitigating risks related to system integration and projects

Fuel Your Passion
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Looking for candidates with end-to-end Project Management experience in Subsea/ Oil and Gas/ Manufacturing sector
- Experience with Production Control Systems (PCS)
- Knowledge of subsea system integration
- Understanding of offshore HSE standards
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Experience with subsea control system suppliers
- Knowledge of communication protocols and control architectures
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Experience in global organizations
