As a Product Delivery Manager - SPS&S, you will be responsible for ensuring all customer and contractual commitments are delivered throughout the project lifecycle. You will act as the primary interface between Baker Hughes and the customer, leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives related to on-time delivery, quality, HSE, cost control, and risk management. You will drive a strong project culture while ensuring compliance with business processes and customer expectations.
As a Product Delivery Manager - SPS&S, you will be responsible for:
- Led end-to-end Subsea Production System (SPS) project execution, serving as the primary customer interface, building strong client relationships, and ensuring achievement of customer and business objectives.
- Led, developed, and maintained high-performing project teams, establishing clear goals, roles, responsibilities, accountability, and expectations to deliver project milestones and objectives successfully.
- Supported business development, tendering, bid activities, and contract negotiations, including agreement of terms, conditions, clarifications, exceptions, and transition of awarded contracts into executable project plans and scopes of work.
- Championed HSE and Quality leadership, ensuring all project functions were effectively organized, reviews and audits were completed, and projects were executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards.
- Managed project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control processes, while monitoring project cost performance and proactively reporting scope, schedule, and commercial risks to leadership.
- Maintained effective stakeholder communication and project governance, collaborating closely with customer teams, SPS Project Directors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide regular progress, manning, forecast, and change updates.
- Monitored project performance across safety, quality, schedule, and cost metrics, implementing corrective actions as required and assessing the schedule, environmental, safety, and financial impacts of project changes.
- Directed change management and continuous improvement initiatives, managing variation and change orders through pricing, negotiation, implementation, and tracking, maximizing margin opportunities, and capturing lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale Subsea Production System (SPS) projects, with strong expertise in Subsea Trees and overall subsea production technologies.
- Over 5 years of Project Management experience within Oil & Gas Subsea projects, supported by a Project Management certification, relevant degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive experience managing complex technical projects and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective execution within dynamic and challenging project environments.
- Strong commercial, financial, and contractual acumen, with the ability to manage project profitability, contractual obligations, forecasting, and business risks.
- Effective leader and team builder with proven ability to influence stakeholders, collaborate across functions, work within matrix organizations, and foster a One Team culture.
- Demonstrated success in customer-facing project leadership roles, supported by excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship-management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong focus on HSE, Quality, compliance, cost control, forecasting, and risk management, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant project delivery.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and energetic professional with strong problem-solving capabilities, a solution-oriented mindset, and fluent English communication skills.
