Product Designer (Top-Level Craft & Strategy)

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a senior-level Product Designer who excels in craftsmanship and strategy—a visionary who elevates design quality while mentoring teams and managing client relationships. We need designers who excel in creative/UI mastery (not purely research- or UX-led). Look for:
- Advanced experience in digital product design, spanning the full product lifecycle.
- Immediate impact—proven ability to hit the ground running, not still refining foundational skills.
What You’ll Bring
Design Craft & Creativity
- Exceptional UI craft and visual polish, with fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) (essential).
- Skilled in creative decision-making, showcasing expertise in:
- Typography and brand-led type choices.
- Colour palettes tailored to context.
- Icons, illustrations, and graphical elements with storytelling depth.
- Ability to demonstrate polished prototypes, well-considered outputs, and clean, distinct art direction (not just adherence to existing styles).
- Huge plus: Motion design/animation experience.
- Deep understanding of AI and emerging tech implications for design.
- Firm grasp of accessibility and inclusive design.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end product design projects from strategy to execution.
- Driving and governing strategic design systems at scale.
- Translating research/insights into compelling design strategies.
- Delivering high-fidelity UI/UX artefacts and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams (engineering, research, biz dev) to create best-in-class solutions.
- Confidently educating clients on design rationale, outcomes, and future directions.
- Assisting new business growth efforts by proposing innovative design-led solutions.
- Mentoring junior talent and shaping client narratives.

About the Role: Additional Considerations
- Some clients mandate background checks. You must complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) before joining, confirming identity/criminal record rights to work/time and residency status.
- Hybrid work model with flexibility—but we believe collaboration thrives in studio/office environments. Some client projects require on-site participation.
