Job Description
As Clove's first dedicated design hire, you will own the end-to-end product experience across their Workplace offering and upcoming regulated Advice product. Working directly with founders in a small, senior team, you'll set the quality bar for craft and discovery, transforming complex financial guidance into simple, trustworthy, and AI-powered digital experiences.

What You Will Do
- Lead the discovery and definition of the v1 "Advice as a Product" experience, ensuring it is simple, trustworthy, and delivers immediate value.
- Partner closely with engineering to ship high-quality features rapidly, managing lightweight systems and freelance design support for maximum leverage.
- Contribute at a leadership level to product roadmaps and GTM strategy, bringing deep customer insights to the workplace-to-advice funnel.

- Strong background in product design with a proven track record of shipping user-centered products from 0 to 1 in high-growth environments.
- Exceptional craft and "taste," with the ability to navigate ambiguity and connect design decisions to concrete business outcomes.
- Experience in trust-sensitive domains like fintech or health, and a genuine excitement for leveraging AI-native tooling to accelerate delivery.
