About Joseph Joseph

At Joseph Joseph, we are driven by a simple yet powerful belief — that intelligent design has the ability to transform everyday living. We create distinctive, thoughtfully engineered products that not only solve real-world problems but also bring joy, beauty, and functionality to daily life.

Headquartered in London, we have grown into one of the world’s most admired houseware brands, with a presence in over 100 countries and partnerships with leading department stores, independent retailers, and a rapidly expanding e-commerce business.

We are seeking a Product Design Manager

We are seeking a Product Design Manager to join our New Product Development team. Initially focused on our Cookshop & Cookware categories, with scope to take on projects across the wider portfolio as the business evolves, this role carries end-to-end accountability for developing complex consumer products from concept to manufacture.

This role will report into the ‘Senior Design Manager - Category Lead’ and work closely with our Chief Product Officer, Chief Creative Officer and cross-functional partners to deliver market-leading ranges on time and within budget.

What you will be doing:

Project delivery

  • Accountable for multiple, fast-paced complex projects launching into a global marketplace.
  • Resolve design details and drive development forward, ensuring on-time launches against tight critical paths.
  • Liaise directly with packaging designers and manufacturing suppliers to manage prototypes, samples and quality checks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
