Product Designer
About The Role
The Product team at Revolut shapes the experiences that power our customers' interactions with our platform. Collaborating across Design, Engineering, and Data, they turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions that our users love.
We're looking for a Product Designer to lead the design process from discovery to delivery, ensuring that every solution we create is centered around our customers’ needs and desires.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, and other cross-functional teams to define customer needs and user pain points
- Identifying key performance metrics for projects and taking ownership of ensuring their success
- Conducting research to inform complex company goals, such as market expansions, feature launches, and new territory rollouts
- Designing intuitive, scalable solutions that address problems simply and elegantly, from wireframes to polished end-to-end flows and prototypes
- Running guided and user testing workshops to ensure user feedback drives design decisions
- Collaborating with technical teams to implement design solutions and presenting findings during design reviews
- Reviewing post-launch performance metrics, analyzing results, and proposing optimizations for improvement

What You’ll Need
- ≥ 3 years of experience in designing world-class consumer-facing apps in-house
- A compelling portfolio showcasing product design work
- Strong design skills with expertise across iOS, Android, and web platforms
- Ability to think strategically about product direction and clearly communicate design decisions
- A solid grasp of technical trade-offs in design choices
- Capacity to own end-to-end design processes from strategy to final implementation
- A passion for and deep understanding of user experience (UX) and human behaviour
- Exceptional visual design sense including typography and typographical hierarchy
- A proven ability to solve advanced problems and thrive under pressure
Nice-To-Have
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related technical field
- hands-on experience with programming and scripting, ideal for prototyping and testing
- Expertise in building and maintaining design systems for cross-platform consistency
- Demonstrated experience in fast-paced startup environments
