Stats Perform is the market leader in sports tech. We provide the most trusted sports data to some of the world's biggest organizations, across sports, media, and broadcasting.
Through the latest AI technologies and machine learning, we combine decades' worth of data with the latest in-game happenings. We then offer coaches, teams, professional bodies, and media channels around the world, access to the very best data, content, and insights. In turn, improving how sports fans interact with their favorite sports teams and competitions.

Anywhere you find sport, Stats Perform is there. However, data and tech are only half of the package. We need great people to fuel the engine.
We succeeded thanks to a team of amazing people. They spend their days collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from a wide range of live sporting events. If you combine this real-time data with our 40-year-old archives, elite journalists, camera operators, copywriters, the latest in AI wizardry, and a host of 'behind the scenes' support staff, you've got all the ingredients to make it a magical experience!
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to uncover problems, validate assumptions, and synthesize insights into actionable findings.
- Design and deliver user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for both desktop and mobile environments, adhering to UX best practices.
- Use data and user research insights to inform and justify design decisions.
- Present design solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating the user perspective and incorporating constructive feedback.
- Collaborate across teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science/AI where appropriate, to deliver cohesive and scalable design solutions.
- Navigate the complexity of platforms and larger scale products, from tiny interaction details to the larger product vision and holistic customer experience.
- Create high-fidelity assets and hand them off for development, ensuring quality through the implementation phase.
- Contribute to improving team processes and the overall design system.
- Leverage modern AI-powered tools to support research, ideation, prototyping, and day-to-day design workflows.

Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or Interaction Designer.
- Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.
- Familiarity with user analytics tools such as Pendo, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Experience using AI-powered design or productivity tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI, or similar) to support design workflows.
- A strong portfolio showcasing user research, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs for digital products.
- Experience incorporating both qualitative and quantitative research into design solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Interest or experience in sports, media, betting, or data visualization is a plus.
