Role Overview: Join Fresha’s Product Design Journey
This is an exciting opportunity to join Fresha as a Senior Product Designer as we grow and innovate. You’ll report directly to the Head of Product Design, collaborating with product, engineering, customer experience, and senior leadership to shape our product ecosystem—from aesthetic design to strategic thinking.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborative – Partner with product managers, engineering, design, and other teams to design and ship features across our entire product range.
- Articulate – Present designs clearly to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on the product vision.
- Accountable – Own design quality, contribute to team growth through knowledge sharing, and cultivate a culture of high design standards.
- Inquisitive – Resolve product knowledge by:
- Speaking with internal experts, users, and reviewing data
- Setting up and synthesising user research, studies, and competitor benchmarks
- Simplifying – Translate complex problems into elegant, user-focused solutions by deeply understanding customer needs and technology constraints.
- Meticulous –
- Design clean, intuitive interfaces with relentless attention to detail
- Build lightweight prototypes to test interaction patterns or complex prototypes to refine solutions
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- 4-6 years of experience in product design
- Exceptional in visual and UI design, strongly rooted in user-centred principles
- Strong design system expertise, balancing consistency, colour, and typography
- Ability to distil complex issues into clear design solutions for our partners’ and customers’ needs
- Strong communicator, able to articulate product direction under tight deadlines
- Cool under pressure, creative problem-solver, capable of high attention to detail
- Self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments
- Proven ability to collaborate with engineering and leadership to bring design concepts to production, ensuring high craft quality for end users

Interview Process

Stage 2 – Online case study challenge (presentation with VP of Design – Mathias Berchoux & design team) (1 hour)
- Focused on testing your strategic and practical design skills

Stage 3 – In-person presentation with VP of Product Design, Head of Product, and CPO (45 mins)
- Deep dive into your approach and collaboration style
Full process & feedback typically completed within 2 weeks.
