Founded in 2020, Huspy has rapidly evolved from a digital mortgage platform into a growing proptech company. What You'll Do

As a Product Designer at Huspy, you'll play a key role in shaping how our products look and feel from start to finish. You’ll take full ownership of the user experience, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, impactful features. Your work doesn’t stop once a feature is released, you’ll continue to refine and improve it based on real user feedback and analytics. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

  • Own the End-to-End UX: Take full responsibility for your designs, from ideation to final implementation, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and address any challenges during the development phase.
  • Conduct Research: Use user research, competitive analysis, and contextual studies to inform design decisions and create user-centered solutions.
  • Deliver Valuable Features: Maintain a feature-ship mindset, focusing on releasing high-impact features quickly and effectively, ensuring maximum value for users.
  • Continuous Improvement: Post-launch, measure the impact of your designs through user feedback and analytics, proposing improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Flex Your Business Acumen: Align design decisions with business goals, measure their impact and clearly communicate the value they deliver.

The Perfect Match: required experience

  • 4+ Years of UX/UI Design Experience: Proven experience designing for web, apps, e-commerce, dashboards, and both B2B and B2C products.
  • Fast Prototyping & Iteration: Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate to quickly validate design concepts and improve them.
  • Strong Portfolio: A portfolio that demonstrates your design expertise and successful project launches (applications without a portfolio won’t be considered).
  • Exceptional UI Design Skills: A keen eye for pixel-perfect design, layout and typography.
  • Branding Expertise: Experience in applying branding principles to enhance the product's identity.
  • Experience with Design Systems: Extensive knowledge of Figma and experience with system design principles.
  • Project Management Skills: Solid ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set realistic expectations, and meet deadlines.
  • Customer Obsession: Focused on delivering "wow" moments at every touchpoint of the customer journey.
