🚀 Hiring: BA / Product Designer (Pharma Supply Chain)
📍 Location: Brentford, UK (Hybrid – 3 Days/Week Onsite)
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Product Designer to support a large-scale Pharma R&D Supply Chain Transformation program. This role combines business analysis, product design, process harmonization, and stakeholder engagement within a GxP-regulated environment.
🔹 Must-Have Skills
- ✅ Pharma Clinical Supply Chain Experience
- ✅ SaaS Products & Digital Product Design
- ✅ Business Process Analysis & Process Design
- ✅ GxP-Regulated Applications/Products
- ✅ Workshop Facilitation & Process Harmonization
- ✅ Rapid Wireframing/Prototyping (Figma or Similar)
- ✅ ERP/SAP or Supply Chain Transformation Experience
- ✅ Knowledge of Integrations & Master Data Governance

🔹 Key Responsibilities
- ✔️ Analyze current-state R&D supply chain processes and design future-state solutions
- ✔️ Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- ✔️ Drive process standardization and business transformation initiatives
- ✔️ Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business, IT, product teams, and vendors
- ✔️ Support change management, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- ✔️ Deliver scalable, user-focused product and process designs
