Job Description

As a Product Designer at Ollyinsurance.com, you will own the end-to-end customer experience, moving fluidly between interaction design, motion, and visual identity. Partnering directly with the Founder and engineering team, you will shape the product’s core DNA, building premium interfaces and a robust design system to define the future of insurtech.

What You Will Do

  • Design elegant and intuitive web and mobile interfaces that pair high-fidelity execution with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Develop sophisticated motion design and micro-interactions that elevate the product feel to a premium, world-class standard.
  • Build and evolve the Ollyinsurance.com design system while partnering closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect deployment across all platforms.

The ideal candidate

  • Proven track record of shipping high-quality digital products with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual craft and product thinking.
  • Expertise in product, interaction, and motion design with the ability to prototype rapidly and thrive within high-ambiguity startup environments.
  • A high-ownership mindset with strong product instincts, ideally coming from a background in high-growth consumer startups, fintech, or AI.
