About The Role
Design at Revolut is all about balancing a sense of creativity with a deep attention to detail. Our customers expect a certain level of look and feel from our products, and it’s up to us to keep pushing those expectations higher.
We're looking for a Product Designer to lead the design process from discovery to delivery, always keeping customers in mind to build features they love.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the design process from start to finish while partnering closely with product teams:
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, and others to uncover customer needs
- Define key metrics for projects and take ownership of driving those results
- Research and present insights that tackle broader company goals (e.g., new markets or features)
- Design simple and elegant solutions, from wireframes to end-to-end flows and prototypes
- Run guerrilla and user testing workshops
- Implement technical solutions and present findings during design reviews
- Analyze release performance, extract learnings, and suggest continuous improvements
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of experience designing world-class commercial apps in-house
- A portfolio highlighting product design work
- Exceptional design skills across iOS, Android, and/or web platforms
- Ability to think strategically—with clear reasoning for design decisions
- Proficiency understanding technical implications across your work
- Ownership mindset for the entire design process, from scope to delivery
- Sharp focus on UX, paired with an understanding of human behavior
- Sharp visual design sense, including Typography & Grids
Nice-to-Have Skills
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Programming experience—especially the ability to code simple prototypes
- Cross-platform design system expertise (creation & maintenance)
- Experience thriving in a high-growth, startup environment
