Product Designer
Product Designer (Founding Voice)
About the Role
At Right Formula, we combine sports marketing expertise, creativity, and agility to push the limits of how brands connect with audiences. We offer a full 360-degree service, from identifying strategic partnerships to delivering integrated marketing solutions.
Our recent launch of a technology division is focused on building a SaaS platform that will revolutionise how brands and rights holders engage in sports marketing. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial team in shaping something innovative and groundbreaking.
The Opportunity
We seek a Product Designer committed to not just meeting expectations but redefining design standards. As a founding member of our product design culture, you’ll challenge assumptions, influence ways of working, and take ownership of the user experience across our digital and client-facing platforms.
Collaborating directly with Client Services and Client Success Management, you’ll design solutions that drive value for both our clients and the business. With live products already in market, your work will make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design, from discovery and concept development to creating production-ready interfaces
- Design and evolve our design system, establishing scalable, consistent standards
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions
- Work within agile teams, contributing to sprints, reviews, and ongoing iteration
- Partner with Client Success Managers to convert client feedback and business needs into user-centric solutions
- Shape our product design process, including tooling, documentation, and working methodologies
- Create information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups across web (and potentially mobile) platforms
- Proactively identify UX debt and improvement opportunities, applying strategic prioritisation

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
