Impact
As a Product Designer, you’ll lead the design excellence for the entire customer experience. You’ll reassess user journeys, influence brand and functionality, and take centre-stage in building our AI-assisted product—trusted by millions of travellers. Ease is our core; craft inspiration, testing consumer need with every action you take.

Your Day-to-Day
- Shape seamless, high-converting end-to-end experiences as we grow our European footprint.
- Bridge technical constraints with seamless product flow, ensuring quality dots connect across our digital ecosystem.
- Ask questions—data-driven yet user-centric—use insights to prioritise work, testing, and iterate accordingly.
- Prove the value of work through KPIs like bookings, drop-offs, and NPS.
- Build clear, compelling narratives to inform stakeholders, explain decisions without assumptions, and help AI tools transform processes.
- Collaborate, problem-solve, and simplify methods—leveraging AI to balance speed and precision.
- Embed accessibility early, viewing it as an impactful design decision, not a retroactive requirement.
Your Skills
To thrive here, you’ll need:
- Strong foundation in interaction and visual design: Hold a rigorous standard for polished, intuitive design.
- Systems thinking: Design at scale for holistic journeys, aligning tech with customer needs and baseline metrics.
- Data proofing decisions: Dig into metrics, marry insights with behaviours, and temper instinct with evidence.
- Facilitate seamless audits: Communicate effectively, reshape messaging for impact, and emphasise clarity in context.
- Lifelong coder: Adopt new AI tools and automation—grow alongside them to enhance design outcomes.
- Design system maturity: Navigate, maintain, and refresh libraries with technical flair.
