We’re revolutionising adventure and making outdoor exploration simpler and more convenient with a range of high-performance roof tents. So whether you’re a novice camping family, an experienced solo-explorer – or anything in between – you can embrace the freedom to get out and see the world.

Our Values

Exceptional Products Product quality is at the core of everything we do. All our products are designed by our world-class product team in the UK.

Unrivalled Customer Service We care deeply about our customer service, and work tirelessly to ensure everyone has a positive experience with TentBox.

Inclusive Community The TentBox Community is everything to us. We understand that a TentBox is so much more than a product – it's a lifestyle.

The Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated, talented Product Designer to join our NPD team. You will be a key driver in bringing the next generation of TentBox products to life. Reporting directly to the Lead Designer - New Product Development, you will provide the technical and creative support necessary to move products from the roadmap into reality.

We are looking for a well-rounded designer who leans into technical detail, thrives on solving mechanical challenges, perfecting component-level details and possesses the design eye to ensure every part retains the look and feels of a TentBox product. You will support the Lead Designer on major product launches while taking lead for accessories and product upgrades.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
