About The Role
The Product team shapes the experiences that power Revolut. They turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions, collaborating across Design, Engineering, and Data to build features our customers love.
We're looking for a Platform Product Designer to build internal systems and tools that enable us to operate at scale.
You'll turn fragmented workflows into structured and scalable solutions for business-critical areas, including AI tooling, customer support platforms, financial infrastructure, and internal back-office systems.
Up to shape what's next in finance? Let's get in touch.
What you'll be doing
- Designing complex internal platforms and tools for global operations, support, compliance, and AI workflows
- Architecting large-scale systems, mapping end-to-end behaviours, states, and interactions across multi-step processes and edge cases
- Building scalable UI/UX patterns while balancing speed, usability, and technical constraints in internal tools
- Turning ambiguous, fragmented, or highly technical requirements into clear product logic and usable interfaces
- Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Operations Managers to unify product logic
- Identifying bottlenecks in internal processes and redesigning them for scale and performance

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
