Product Designer

About the Role
We're looking for a talented Product Designer to join a high-performing digital product team, creating intuitive, user-centred experiences that deliver measurable business value.
Working alongside Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and fellow Designers, you'll help shape digital solutions that balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints. You'll play a key role in translating customer insights into engaging, impactful experiences while contributing to a fast-paced product environment focused on continuous learning and improvement.
This role is ideal for a curious, proactive designer who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Translate user insights, business requirements, and technical considerations into effective design solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Contribute to both generative and evaluative user research activities, helping to uncover opportunities and validate solutions.
- Advocate for user needs throughout the design process and ensure evidence-based decision making.
- Work closely with agile delivery teams to refine design artefacts and support implementation throughout development.
- Support workshop planning and facilitation, driving collaboration and alignment across stakeholders.
- Participate in design critiques and reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the evolution and adoption of the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
- Help gather and communicate evidence that supports prioritisation, product strategy, and investment decisions.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role within a digital product environment.
- Proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
- Experience creating:
- User flows
- Wireframes
- High-fidelity mock-ups
- Interactive prototypes
- Competitive evaluations
- Understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
- Experience applying qualitative and quantitative research insights to design decisions.
- Experience working within established Design Systems and component libraries.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within agile, cross-functional product teams.
- Ability to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and commercial objectives.

Desirable
- Exposure to Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG/FMCG) and/or Pharmaceutical industries.
- Experience designing digital commerce, customer engagement, sales enablement, or educational platforms.
- Understanding of service design principles, including journey mapping and service blueprinting.
- Experience working within large, complex enterprise environments.
