Product Designer 🚀 One of the worlds most admired companies - Tech for good 🌍 - Central London/Hybrid

Built around the belief that commercial success and positive impact can go hand in hand, the business has grown to clear market leader in just five years. Their product and service have meaningfully improved the lives of hundreds of thousands of customers, creating a brand that people genuinely love and trust.

With European expansion on the horizon, the company is entering its next phase of growth. For the right Product Designer, this presents the chance to influence not only the customer experience, but also how a category-leading product evolves internationally.

Unlike many larger organisations where design is primarily executional, you'll be joining a business where Product Design has a genuine seat at the table. You'll help shape strategy, influence decision-making, and play a key role in determining how the product experience scales as the company continues to grow.

The Role

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Growth and Customer Experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • You'll own end-to-end product design across key customer journeys, identifying opportunities to improve the experience through research, experimentation and data-driven decision making.
  • Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Growth teams, you'll help define priorities, shape the roadmap, and ensure customer insight sits at the heart of every decision.

Alongside delivering exceptional user experiences, you'll play a significant role in evolving the company's overall design maturity. This includes contributing to the design system, helping establish scalable design practices, and championing a high bar for design quality across the organisation.

Importantly, this is not purely a UX-focused role. My client is specifically looking for someone with strong visual and interaction design capabilities who can combine customer-centred thinking with outstanding design craft. You'll have a keen eye for layout, typography, hierarchy, consistency and brand expression, with the ability to create polished, engaging experiences that feel intuitive and emotionally resonant. The ideal candidate will care as much about how products feel as how they function.
