Job Description
As a Staff/Principal Product Designer at Anima, you will take full ownership of product lines, shaping strategy and roadmap in an environment without PMs. You’ll design high-precision, "Linear-quality" interfaces used hundreds of times daily by clinicians. By bridging the gap between Figma and production code, your work directly accelerates life-saving healthcare delivery.

What You Will Do
- Lead the end-to-end design for multiple new product opportunities, acting as both designer and product manager to shape the company roadmap.
- Visit GP practices and collaborate with the "Anima Champions" community to deeply understand clinical workflows and user needs.
- Formalize design standards and scale the design system, ensuring every interaction meets a world-class standard of "clean precision with moments of joy."
The ideal candidate
- Has 4+ years of experience leading 0-1 design work in high-growth startups with a portfolio showing "Linear-level" attention to craft.
- Possesses strong product instincts and the ability to operate autonomously in an environment without dedicated Product Managers.
- Is comfortable or eager to ship frontend code refinements to production using AI-assisted tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
