Job Description

About Zelt

At Zelt, we are not just building HR software. We are reinventing how modern companies manage HR, payroll, and IT. Zelt is a platform that brings HR, payroll, and IT together into one seamless system, helping companies manage employee operations in a more modern, automated, and intuitive way.

We have been recognised by G2 as a High Performer across HR, IT, and Payroll, making us the only European vendor with that status, and we are scaling rapidly across the United Kingdom and beyond.

About The Role

As we continue to grow, design plays an increasingly important role in how our customers experience the platform.

This is a highly impactful Product Designer role sitting at the centre of the product organisation.

At Zelt, design is embedded very closely with Product and Engineering, meaning designers are involved early in conversations around product direction, user experience, workflows, feature ideas, and prioritisation. This is not a role where design operates separately from decision-making. You will work cross-functionally on a daily basis.

You will work across the full design lifecycle, from early concepts and wireframes through to polished UI and launch, with the opportunity to see your work go live within weeks rather than quarters.

Beyond core product design, there is also exposure to broader visual and brand-related work, including supporting launches with landing pages, product visuals, lightweight motion assets, and marketing creative. It is a role that combines product thinking, UI craft, usability, and visual storytelling.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
