Location: Battersea, London / Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office
What You'll Do
We are looking for a Product Developer in the Product Development team in our London Battersea office specifically to lead the development of successful and profitable programmes for key products, acting as the market expert and driving new product launches within the UK and mainland Europe.
- Support the SharkNinja business with the development of successful and profitable programmes for new products, leading and assisting key workstreams in the NPD lifecycle from brainstorm phase through mass production
- Bring new products to launch within the UK and mainland Europe, partnering with global product development on product definitions, consumer-relevant design targets, and performance KPIs
- Conduct and analyse market research to identify consumer needs, market gaps, and the competitive landscape
- Understand regional and local compliance risks and unique regional needs; advocate for these product nuances with cross-functional and global teams
- Lead 'Holiday Morning' team reviews at each build and partner with PMO, Engineering, and global PD to ensure issue tracker is burned down from build to build
- Develop and execute hands-on and virtual validation plans at each build using proven SN methodologies for all touchpoints, collateral, and Out of Box Experience
- Manage the creation and execution of product support material including in-box collateral, FAQs, How-To Videos, and Troubleshooting scripts
- Manage product development inputs for PARF, PIS, Salsify and maintain data integrity throughout the product development cycle
- Work cross-functionally to meet cost targets; provide clear cost direction to Supply Chain and Engineering on product trade-offs
- Efficiently document programme details and maintain an organised system for smooth transition 90 days post MP to the COE team

What You'll Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in product development, product marketing, marketing, human factors engineering, or a related field, preferably at a consumer goods company
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a combination
- A 100% consumer-first perspective when it comes to introducing new products or improving current products
- Highly effective communication skills — both written and in-person, including presenting to all levels of management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to mentor junior and newly onboarded associates
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Resourceful, well organised, highly dependable, efficient, and detail oriented
- Willingness to travel
