Help create the next generation of Seamless innovation

At Gymshark, innovation is at the heart of our product creation process. We're looking for an experienced and passionate Product Developer (Seamless) to lead the development of our seamless men's and women's product categories, ensuring every product is delivered on time, meets our technical and quality standards, and performs for our global community.

Working at the centre of the product creation process, you'll collaborate with Design, Colour, Raw Materials, Fit, Quality, Sourcing, and supplier partners to bring innovative seamless products from concept through to production. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines deep seamless expertise with strong technical knowledge and exceptional project management skills.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Product Developer (Seamless), you'll take ownership of the end-to-end development process, ensuring products meet Gymshark's standards for fit, construction, performance, quality, sustainability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end development of seamless products across men's and women's categories.
  • Own and manage development critical paths, ensuring milestones and seasonal deadlines are achieved.
  • Take responsibility for garment construction, fit, and overall product execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Design and technical teams to ensure products align with design intent, fit standards, and performance requirements.
  • Coordinate development activities across Colour, Raw Materials, Fit, Quality, and Sourcing teams.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for all seamless product development topics.
  • Partner with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure technical specifications, development timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Ensure products are tested appropriately and comply with all safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Validate sustainability and performance claims throughout the development process.
  • Proactively identify and resolve development challenges to minimise delays and maintain project momentum.
  • Maintain accurate development documentation, including tech packs, approvals, and sealed samples.
  • Provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders and leadership teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
