Product Developer (Wovens & Trim Coordination) – Design Team
Location: East London Studios, Shoreditch
THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Product Developer to work at the heart of our Design team, specialised in woven categories and trim coordination. You will collaborate closely with Designers to bring vibrant, high-quality products to life—ensuring all samples are accurate, timelines are met, and development stays on track across shirts, trousers, and sleepwear.
Key to this role is your ability to:
- Pay meticulous attention to detail (both in sourcing and organisation)
- Think ahead strategically for all product lines
- Build strong supplier relationships while driving sustainability initiatives
- Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams (Design, Production, Buying)
The Design department at AllSaints sets the visual and commercial direction of the brand, shaping the customer experience from concept to shelf. Your work ensures the authentic AllSaints aesthetic translates seamlessly into production.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Sample Coordination
- Log, track, and distribute samples across internal teams, ensuring presentations are well-prepared for reviews.

Supplier Liaison
- Chase vendor prices and guarantee the Buying team has all necessary data for negotiations.
- Negotiate with suppliers while maintaining consistent, high-quality standard alignment.

Quality Assurance & Timeline Management
- Work with Design and Production to approve bulk samples, adhering to critical development paths and deadlines.
- Follow-up on shipment timelines and accountabilities across multiple suppliers.

Material and Process Support
- Share accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) with suppliers to support transparent production timelines.
- Collaborate with suppliers to refine trims, fabrics, and processes for sustainability.

Fit & Collection Insight
- Attend fit meetings and collection reviews to align samples with commercial needs.

Prototyping & Sourcing
- Order Protos and SMSs in partnership with Design, ensuring materials are booked in time.
- Source and manage an integrated library of trims across all product categories.

Sustainability Advocacy
- Actively highlight and action sustainable practices in every stage of production, ensuring trims, fabrics, and manufacturing adhere to ethical standards.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Preferred: Solid experience in a Product Development role, especially within wovens (e.g., shirts, trousers, sleepwear).
- Education: Technical or Design qualifications are an advantage.
- Retail Background: Knowledge of vertical retailing would strengthen your application.
Technical Skills
- Computer Skills: Full proficiency in basic Office Suite. Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems is a huge plus.
- Supply Chain Insight: Experience coordinating vendor relationships or constriction path management is ideal.
- Logistics/Negotiation: Experience seeking price confirmations from vendors.

- Commitment to Travel: The role requires some travel as needed.
ABOUT THE LOCATION
Based in our vibrant Shoreditch Studios (East London), this role sits within our Design team. The office is a 10-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5-minute walk from Shoreditch High Street—choosing from an array of nearby cafes, restaurants, and coworking spaces.
