.Product Development Admin Assistant—Bath (Hybrid)

Lovehoney is seeking a Product Development Admin Assistant to:

  • Drive high-level operational excellence
  • Support Bath-based Product Development team

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage product data integrity:
    • Precision in data records across internal systems
    • Real-time accuracy
  • Execute small-scale projects:
    • Enhance product portfolio clarity and strength
  • Provide adminialstrative support:
    • Coordinating team workflows
    • Operational efficiency
  • Act as one-stop source for:
    • Product data queries
    • Documentation requests

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year administrative role (preferred: product/retail)
  • Skills:
    • Attention to detail + organisational prowess
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Mindset:
    • Proactive, curious, eagerness to grow and learn
