Our client is a well established food manufacturer with an interesting product range, and they are now looking to expand their small team with a proactive, client focused Product Development Administrator. You could have done a similar role previously or have a Product Development degree, or have worked in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Full time, permanent position working 8:30-5 Monday to Thursday with a 4pm finish on Friday. Please note this position is hybrid, with two days in the office and three at home, although this may vary dependant on client meeting schedules.

The Role:

  • Reporting into the Product Development department, providing strong administration for the team
  • Responsible for updating product tracker with any actions, and ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Keeping Head Office informed of all new prices / price amendments, and completing all relevant documentation
  • Ensure all product imaging is up to date and accurate
  • Collate any data required, maintaining all spreadsheets and liaising closely with colleagues across all departments
  • Preparing for and attending client meetings on site, ensuring products are represented accurately.
  • Speaking with clients at meetings
  • Ensuring all customs documentation for both imports and exports is accurate and completed in a timely manner
