We're looking for a Product Development Associate to join a world-famous entertainment and licensing team, working across some of the biggest franchises on the planet with Harry Potter right at the heart of it.
This is a brand-new, fast-moving project role sitting within a leading global entertainment company's EMEA Consumer Products division, created off the back of a major new trading card partnership that's just kicked off. The Role
You'll own the day-to-day relationship with key trading card partners (starting with one to two, growing to three or four), managing the journey from concept to finished product. You won't be designing hands-on instead, you'll be the crucial link between the partner, third-party approvers, legal, franchise, and sales teams, making sure every product is on-brand, innovative, and ready for fans.

What You'll Be Doing
- Reviewing partner-submitted ideas, concepts and artwork, and feeding back with a sharp, detail-oriented eye
- Managing approvals with third-party rights holders and internal franchise teams
- Coordinating across legal, sales and franchise departments to keep projects moving
- Acting as the go-to expert on trading cards and trading card games within the wider Consumer Products team
- Working closely with a dedicated in-house trading cards specialist team for extra support

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in product development
- Experience with trading cards or trading card games is a big plus
- Licensing product development background across hardlines
- Genuine knowledge of, and enthusiasm for, Harry Potter
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is helpful but not essential - you won't be designing yourself
- Comfortable working across multiple internal teams and stakeholders
- Highly detail-oriented
