๐Ÿš€ We're Hiring | Product Development Manager

๐Ÿ“ Camberwell, London
๐Ÿ’ฐ ยฃ40,000โ€“ยฃ50,000 DOE
๐Ÿ•’ Full Time
Reports to: Founder & Creative Director

This is full time on-site role in South London! We require a deep understanding of the UK demographic and specifically London Food scene. Overseas applicants for this reason won't be considered.

At Good Food Studio, we help ambitious food businesses create products and menus that rock the world. One week we might be developing a premium retail range for a challenger brand. The next, we're creating a new restaurant concept, leading a manufacturing trial or helping an established business rethink its food strategy.

Our projects span hospitality, foodservice, retail and manufacturing, partnering with everyone from ambitious start-ups to nationally recognised brands.

No two projects are the same, and that's exactly how we like it.

We're now looking for a Product Development Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the next chapter of the studio.

About the role

This isn't a traditional product development role.

We're looking for someone who can combine creativity, technical expertise and commercial thinking to lead projects from the very first client conversation through to successful launch.

You'll work across hospitality, foodservice and retail, developing products, leading client relationships, managing commercial delivery and helping turn ambitious ideas into commercially successful food businesses.

Reasons to use Rodeo

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
