The Role: Product Development Manager

A pivotal leadership opportunity at the intersection of people management, product ownership, and delivery governance. This role ensures the evolution of our enterprise-scale work management platform, driving scalable, commercially valuable solutions across industries.

You’ll bridge customer needs, business strategy, and technical excellence while building high-performing teams.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

People Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Software Developers, Product Managers, and Business Analysts
  • Performance management: Set objectives, conduct one-to-ones and reviews, and coach career growth
  • Foster a collaborative, high-trust culture with a focus on continuous learning
  • Build capabilities, best practices, and career pathways for your team

Product Strategy & Roadmap Execution

  • Own and drive the strategic roadmap for a multi-client enterprise platform
  • Ensure measurable business value and ROI for all product investments
  • Balance client-specific requirements with long-term platform sustainability
  • Agile prioritisation: Collaborate with stakeholders to define direction and opportunities

Delivery & Governance

  • Ensure high-quality product artefacts, requirements, and backlogs
  • Partner with Engineering leadership to deliver reliable, scalable outputs
  • Act as the escalation point for risks, issues, and conflicts
  • Oversee QA, automated testing, and regression practices
  • Drive process improvement in product development

About You

Essential Criteria

✔ Proven team management expertise: Experience leading Product Management, Business Analysis, or similar teams ✔ Enterprise software delivery: Strong track record with B2B SaaS/platforms ✔ Agile proficiency: Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies ✔ Work management expertise: Familiarity with workflow, process-driven platforms ✔ Stakeholder excellence: Ability to align tech/hands-off stakeholders for direction ✔ Balancing strategy & execution: Pragmatic leadership combining **big-picture thinking and hands-on delivery
