DHL Supply Chain's Aviation & Travel sector delivers specialist operational expertise across some of the world's most dynamic and fast-paced environments. Combining the global scale of DHL Group with market-leading logistics, technology and customer service capabilities, we help our customers deliver exceptional passenger experiences. Through innovation, collaboration and a relentless focus on service excellence, we create smarter, more connected solutions that improve every stage of the traveller journey.

As part of this commitment, we are launching an exciting new Assisted Travel initiative focused on creating more inclusive, personalised and accessible travel experiences for all passengers.

At DHL Supply Chain, we're on a mission to transform the future of accessible air travel. This high-profile strategic role will lead the development of an industry-leading Assisted Travel proposition that places passenger dignity, independence and inclusion at the heart of every journey. Working closely with airports, airlines, accessibility organisations and industry experts, you'll help design innovative services that ensure support finds the passenger, rather than the passenger having to find support.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of airport accessibility, influence industry standards and deliver meaningful improvements to the travel experience for millions of passengers across the UK.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
