Lead the future of Seamless product creation

At Gymshark, innovation and performance are at the heart of everything we create. We're looking for an experienced and inspiring Product Development Manager (Seamless) to lead the development of our seamless product category, ensuring exceptional products are delivered on time, to the highest quality standards, and ready for our global community.

This is a leadership role where you'll oversee the end-to-end development process, manage and develop a high-performing team of Product Developers, and partner closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to bring innovative products from design concept through to final approval.

What You'll Do

As Product Development Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless category is developed efficiently, collaboratively, and in line with Gymshark's standards for quality, performance, fit, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the product development process from Design handover through to Black Seal approval across the seamless category.
  • Manage critical paths, key milestones, and development timelines to ensure products are delivered on schedule.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Product Developers, creating an environment that drives collaboration, accountability, and growth.
  • Ensure all products are developed with exceptional accuracy, clarity, and technical detail.
  • Act as the key escalation point for development challenges, resolving issues relating to quality, technical specifications, timelines, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Raw Materials, Colour, Product Integrity, and Quality teams to support efficient product development.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Merchandising, Brand, Production, Supply Chain, Retail, and other business functions.
  • Partner with suppliers, vendors, and mills to ensure the timely delivery of prototypes and development samples that meet Gymshark's quality expectations.
  • Monitor development progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership on timelines, quality, risks, and team performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement across product development processes, ways of working, and team capability.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
