We take play seriously.

We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.

Product Development Specialist (Softlines)

Hasbro's EMEA Licensed Consumer Products team is looking for a Product Development Specialist to help bring licensed products to life across apparel, accessories, footwear, bags and lifestyle categories. You'll work on the development and approval of products that feel authentic to Hasbro's brands and exciting to consumers.

"Based at our Capper Street office in London (near Warren Street). This role follows our hybrid model: in-office Tuesday - Thursday, flexible on Monday and Friday. There will also be a need to regularly visit our Stockley Park, Uxbridge office for samples, so please bear that in mind when applying."

What You'll Be Doing

You'll own key parts of the product development process from concept through to final approval — reviewing submissions, giving clear feedback, coordinating samples, and working directly with licensees, agents and retail partners. You'll work closely with the Product Development Manager and the wider EMEA creative team.

This is a varied, creative role, spanning apparel, accessories, footwear and lifestyle categories, where you'll assess graphics, colour, materials, trims and packaging against Hasbro's brand standards - and help partners raise the bar on execution.

Product development and approvals

  • Drive day-to-day development and approval of licensed softlines products across EMEA.
  • Review submissions (apparel, accessories, footwear, bags, lifestyle) for graphics, colour, materials, trims, print technique, packaging and overall execution.
  • Prepare clear, constructive feedback in partnership with the Product Development Manager and creative team.
  • Ensure submissions meet Hasbro's brand standards, creative direction and legal requirements.
  • Track the approval process end-to-end — comments, revisions, samples and next steps.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
