Product Director
Moon Executive Search is delighted to be retained partners to Nuffield Health, the UK’s largest healthcare charity, to identify an exceptional Product Director to lead the end-to-end redesign of its private hospital patient journey.
This newly created role will shape the product vision across referral, booking, diagnostics, treatment, and follow-up, ensuring a seamless, commercially optimised experience for self-pay and PMI patients. As part of a world-class leadership team, you will drive consistency, digital innovation, and operational excellence across a 37-hospital estate, helping the organisation deliver outstanding patient care and achieve its strategic growth ambitions.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will own the product roadmap, champion patient and colleague insight, and lead cross-functional delivery across Technology, Clinical, Operations, Data, Commercial, and People teams. With responsibility for key outcomes such as enquiry-to-admission conversion, time-to-treat, NPS, and theatre utilisation, you will play a pivotal role in transforming one of the UK’s most respected healthcare providers.

For this role, we are seeking a proven senior Product Owner with demonstrable experience of multi-channel patient or customer journeys in healthcare, private medical, or regulated consumer services. You should bring strong commercial acumen with experience of driving conversion, retention, and LTV. Furthermore, you should offer a deep understanding of CRM, patient communications, and data-driven journey improvement in clinical or healthcare settings, with the ability to lead cross-functional delivery involving technology, clinical, and operational teams.
