As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world’s money.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Lead to shape Onboarding experiences at Wise. This role will oversee three critical teams: Consumer Onboarding, Account Setup, and Account Access & Recovery.
Your mission: Ensure every new customer—personal or business—can join Wise easily, securely, and with complete clarity on how to achieve value from our products.

- Build a world-class onboarding experience for millions of customers
You’ll report directly to the Onboarding & Scalable Growth Director and lead a team of talented Product Managers (PMs) across the domain.

-
Consumer Account Growth
- Maximize conversion for new personal customers, ensuring they reach their first successful transaction quickly and confidently.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Clear, persuasive communication – Ability to Frame problems effectively, influence decision-making, and engage across internal and external stakeholders in written and verbal formats.
- Willingness to stretch beyond traditional PM boundaries – Not afraid to take charge, solve complex problems, and adapt—leading by example.
