Travelport’s Hospitality product suite sits at the core of how global travel agencies connect with hotels worldwide. As the Director of Product Management (Hospitality), you’ll:
- Own the vision and roadmap for our hotel content products, leading product teams, driving supplier integrations, and shaping strategic initiatives that power bookings for thousands of agencies.
- Operate at the intersection of product strategy, technology, and commercial growth—leverage your expertise to build scalable, impactful solutions in the fast-evolving travel tech space.

Daily Responsibilities
- Define the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Travelport’s hospitality suite (hotel aggregation, supplier connectivity, distribution)—directing fast growth in bookings, attach rates, and content reach.
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering a high-performance, data-driven culture and clearing cross-team dependencies.
- Collaborate closely with Technology, Commercial, and Supplier Relations to design and execute hotel supplier integrations, optimize content quality, and accelerate time-to-market for new solutions.
- Champion depth in the hospitality distribution ecosystem—understanding OTAs, hotel chains, aggregators, and channel managers to shape differentiated product propositions.
- Track and analyze product performance via KPIs, telemetry, and business reviews, providing leadership with data-backed insights for investment and prioritization decisions.
- Identify and drive AI/automation opportunities, particularly in content enrichment, supplier onboarding, and intelligent agency engagement, to boost efficiency and scale performance.
Who You Are
- Senior leadership experience in Product Management with arecord of developing and executing product strategy—preferably in travel technology, OTAs, or hospitality distribution.
- Strong preference for candidates with expertise in B2B content aggregation, API platforms, or supplier connectivity in fast-growing or B2B environments.
- Analytical rigor, with a focus on data-driven decision-making, technical collaboration, and pragmatic problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence—bringing clarity across global teams, across time zones, and at all organizational levels.
- Curious about AI/ML—ideally, you’ve already applied these technologies to product optimization, search algorithms, or content personalization. Not mandatory but value-added!
