Product Director

£85,000–£100,000 + Bonus

Hybrid (West Midlands)
Permanent

We're partnering with a well-established professional membership and education organisation that is undergoing an exciting period of transformation. With an ambitious strategy to expand its portfolio of digital learning, membership, and partner products, the organisation is investing in a dedicated Product function to shape how product decisions are made across the business.

This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a Product Management capability from the ground up, creating the frameworks, governance, and ways of working that will underpin future growth. As Product Director, you'll be responsible for establishing Product Management as a distinct discipline, bringing greater clarity to prioritisation, ownership, and decision-making.

Working at the intersection of customer insight, commercial strategy, and delivery, you'll help shift the organisation from project-led delivery to outcome-focused product thinking. You'll work closely with Executive leadership, Commercial, Operations, Technology, and Learning teams to ensure investment is focused on the products and initiatives that deliver the greatest value for customers and the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
