Why this role is remarkable

  • True end-to-end ownership where you won't be handed specs; instead, you'll engage directly with customers to shape the roadmap and solve real-world problems.
  • Join a rapidly scaling Series B company that has raised $100M from premier investors like Index Ventures, Insight Partners, and Point Nine to dominate the reliability market.
  • Work in a high-velocity culture founded by ex-Monzo leaders, featuring daily deployments, weekly changelogs, and a team that genuinely uses the tools they build.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You Will Do

  • Engage with existing and future customers to gather feedback, identifying the most impactful problems to solve while making pragmatic trade-offs to ensure high-speed delivery.
  • Take complete ownership of features from initial design and planning through to implementation, testing, and shipping to a production environment used by global enterprises.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team of engineers to iterate at speed, balancing technical resilience with the need to ship magic moments for users.

The ideal candidate

  • Demonstrates a strong track record of building production-ready applications in Go, TypeScript, React, or Python, ideally with experience at high-growth startups or founding teams.
  • Possesses a customer-focused, product-minded approach, prioritizing outcomes and impact over output, and thrives in early ideation stages where ambiguity is common.
  • Maintains a high bar for craft, from writing clean code and thorough documentation to making sound technical decisions that pragmatically manage technical debt.
