We are looking for a Product Engineer to join our partner company!

Our partner is building advanced AI systems that accelerate progress in the physical world, helping transform industries such as aerospace, healthcare, manufacturing, and energy that are still constrained by outdated, manual processes.

They are looking for a Product Engineer who thrives at the intersection of software engineering, product development, and user experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing intuitive workflows, solving complex problems, and taking complete ownership of features from concept to production.

This is an opportunity to build AI-powered products that have real-world impact while working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment alongside an exceptional engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end product features, from frontend interfaces to backend services and data models.
  • Build intuitive user workflows by translating complex real-world processes into seamless software experiences.
  • Develop modern, production-grade frontend applications using React, TypeScript, or equivalent technologies.
  • Build scalable backend services, APIs, and business logic using Python.
  • Design and integrate AI-powered capabilities, including LLMs, AI agents, and model-backed APIs, into customer-facing products.
  • Collaborate across engineering and product teams to define technical specifications and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Take full ownership of features throughout the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and implementation to deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Continuously improve product quality, performance, and user experience while delivering production-ready software at high speed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
