Job Title

Product Engineer

Salary

£80k-£150k + Equity

Company Description

Artificial Societies Ltd is a YC W25 London startup backed by Point72 Ventures and Sequoia Scout. Founded by Oxbridge behavioral scientists, they build large-scale simulated populations that allow Fortune 500 organizations to test messages and strategies against millions of AI responses with 95% accuracy, replacing months of traditional market research with hours of data.

Job Description

As a Product Engineer, you will bridge the gap between frontier AI simulation and intuitive user experiences. Working directly with the CTO and CPO, you will own vertical feature slices end-to-end, from database schema design to polished frontend interactions. You’ll transform complex simulation capabilities into reliable, high-performance tools used by the world’s most influential organizations.

Location

London, UK

Why this role is remarkable

  • Work directly with the CTO and CPO in a lean, high-bar environment where ideas win based on merit rather than seniority.
  • Build at the frontier of AI with backing from Y Combinator, Point72 Ventures, and Kindred Capital, alongside investors from DeepMind and Sequoia.
  • Drive massive impact by putting frontier AI into the hands of Fortune 500 firms, replacing slow, expensive traditional research with instant, accurate simulations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
