Job Title

Product Engineer

Salary

£90,000-£140,000 + Equity

Company Description

Scope is a London-based AI startup backed by Index Ventures (investors in Wiz and Figma) that recently raised $20M to automate the $2 trillion compliance layer for global infrastructure. They are first-movers in modernizing heavy industries like oil and gas, replacing paper processes with advanced AI inspection tools.

Job Description

As a Product Engineer at Scope, you'll build the core AI platform automating global infrastructure compliance. Working with TypeScript, React, and LLMs, you will ship features that double inspector productivity for giants like SpaceX. You’ll own features from ideation to deployment, occasionally visiting unique industrial sites to see your impact firsthand.

Location

London, UK

Why this role is remarkable

  • Join a high-growth startup that increased revenue 5x in the last year and is backed by a $20M round led by Index Ventures.
  • Work on a product with tangible real-world impact, replacing pen-and-paper systems in sectors representing 21% of the UK’s GDP.
  • Experience unique industrial environments, from climbing inside vessels on the North Sea to visiting oil refineries, to see your code in action.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
