Product Engineer | Fully Remote | Permanent
Are you ready to build something that matters?
We're working with an AI-native gamification and engagement platform used by international DTC brands, retailers and airlines, to find a talented Product Engineer - someone who wants to own whole problems end-to-end, not just tickets, on a platform that's already running at real scale.
This isn't a role where you'll be handed narrow, well-defined tasks. You'll touch everything from data models to API to admin UI to production, with the autonomy to pick up problems that don't have an owner and make them yours.
The Opportunity:
As Product Engineer, you'll play a central role in a small, high-autonomy team building platform features across challenges, achievements, rewards, leaderboards and giveaways - designing systems that work for a single small community as well as for chains with millions of users.
What You'll Be Doing:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Experience shipping serverless applications, REST/RPC APIs and document databases
- Comfort working in TypeScript, Node, MongoDB, Next.js and tRPC (or a very similar modern stack)
