Who You Are (Technical Attribute Matrix)

Your Leadership Pledge: Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership with Accountability
- Benchmark and safeguard technical performance of assigned products in production environments, adhering to agreed commercial and quality agreed targets
- Maintain records and guarantee accuracy of all product documentation (test data, manufacturing procedures, change configurations), validating its project control alignment

Data-Driven Manufacturing Advocacy

Change Management & Risk Stewardship
- As technical change’s touchpoint, evaluate & justify design/process modifications for released products aggregate sustainability
- Track, mitigate & resolve non-conformances with pace tied to mission-critical timelines while owning closure responsiveness
Teaming Beyond Silos
- Collaborate closely between internal functions: manufacturing, technical test and evaluation, supply chain, design teams, and regulatory liaison to ensure flawless compliance and product integrity
Industrialisation & Legacy Management

Requirements

Degree equivalent engineering foundation in:
- Electronics
- Semiconductor manufacturing
- Opto/Photonics (preferably)
