Our mission is to make play better for all by developing cutting-edge technology that enhances player experiences, drives engagement, and maximizes returns for good causes.
What We Do
We design and deliver innovative, scalable, and secure lottery solutions that evolve with the needs of players and operators. Our flagship platform, Genesis, provides a powerful foundation for lotteries worldwide, featuring:
- Player Account Management (PAM) for secure and seamless player experiences
- Draw-Based Games (DBG) for classic lottery draws
- Nexus Aggregator & Apollo RGS for e-Instants and Fast Play™ games
- Web & mobile applications for an enhanced and modern user experience
- Command Admin Portal for streamlined operations
- Optex Promotions to reward and engage players
With a focus on cloud-based technologies, AI-driven analytics, and responsible gaming, we empower lotteries to reach new players, expand engagement, and achieve sustainable growth in an evolving digital landscape.
At Allwyn Lottery Solutions, you'll be part of a forward-thinking, collaborative, and innovative team that is shaping the future of iLottery.
At Allwyn Lottery Solutions, data is central to how we help lotteries grow, innovate, and deliver exceptional player experiences. Our Business Intelligence and Data team is building the next generation of products that allow both internal teams and customers to interact with data, analytics, AI, and operational services in powerful yet intuitive ways.
We are building two flagship products:
- A cloud-native operations and analytics platform that provides a single pane of glass across our data platform, AWS services, reporting capabilities, operational monitoring, analytics tooling, and self-service data access.
- A next-generation, AI-native Customer Data and Experience Platform (CDXP) that leverages large language models, automation, and modern data architecture to transform how users discover insights, build audiences, orchestrate experiences, and interact with data.
As a Product Engineer, you will play a central role in designing, building, and evolving these products. You will work across the full stack, from backend services and data integrations to user experience and interface design. You will collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Platform Engineers, BI Developers, Architects, and Product stakeholders to transform complex technical capabilities into simple, intuitive, and highly effective user experiences.
We favour simplicity over complexity. Our preferred stack is Django, HTMX, Alpine.js, and modern web standards. We deliberately avoid unnecessary framework complexity and instead focus on building robust, maintainable products that deliver value quickly.
This role is best suited to engineers who enjoy ownership, autonomy, and solving real business problems. We are a lean team and expect engineers to take ideas from concept to production, making pragmatic decisions along the way. We actively embrace AI-assisted development, but we are looking for engineers with strong fundamentals, excellent coding skills, and a deep understanding of how the web works.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
