Product Engineer | A.I Data Start-up | YC Combinator | Up to £135K+Equity | 3 Days LDN
I am currently working with an ambitious, venture-backed AI start-up is looking for a Senior Product Engineer to help shape the future of its product and business.
The company is building a next-generation software platform helping teams make smarter decisions through data, technology and automation. Having found strong product-market fit, the team is entering an exciting growth phase and is looking for an engineer who wants to own products from discovery through to delivery.
The Role
This is a true product engineering role. Engineers own the full lifecycle—from understanding customer problems and identifying opportunities to building, launching and iterating on features. There are no traditional product managers, giving engineers genuine ownership and influence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
