Product Engineer (Full Stack, AI)
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Engineer with strong full stack development experience and a passion for building AI-enabled applications. You will work across the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable software solutions that solve real-world problems. This role requires a combination of engineering excellence, product thinking, and curiosity to explore emerging AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using modern web technologies.
- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks.
- Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations using Node.js, Python, or comparable technologies.
- Integrate AI capabilities using Large Language Models, AI APIs, and related frameworks where appropriate.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application quality.

Required Skills
- 3 to 7 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience with React, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks.
- Experience building backend services using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, databases, authentication, and system design.
- Experience integrating AI services such as Large Language Models or other machine learning APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and modern development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI-powered applications.
- Knowledge of vector databases, RAG, AI agents, or prompt engineering.
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of application security and performance optimization.
